Basser Ball was amazing. Dinner/dancing was at a restaurant in Darling Harbour and then the after party was at Empire in Kings Cross. It went from a formal event to a very messy night quite quickly, but I still enjoyed myself. How could I not when there were men in tuxedos . . .

This is my alcove family! Mum, Dad, and 2 little Seppo babies
The next day, we were woken up by blasting music at 8:30 in the morning, for the start of "Ball Recovery." Ha! That meant heading down to Coogee for more drinking (and a free bar tab) at The Palace, messing around on the beach for awhile, and finally making our way back to college for slushies, pizza, and a jumping castle in a very flooded Girl's Quad. Another messy, messy day. Shaved heads . . . broken feet . . . you get the idea.

Rhianna and I also spent Sunday down at Coogee Beach, attempting to get some color, although that didn't work out for me quite as I had planned. It's fine, pale is the new tan. But still, I am so excited that beach weather is here. Coogee was absolutely packed! And it was fun to play the "do you know" game with some Americans, again. I haven't gotten in on a good game of it in awhile. And shit, it is such a small world! Ramon and Jenna . . . you two are popular people!
Week 5 started today, and I really need to catch up on some work. I don't know what I have been doing the past few weeks! Oh wait, yes . . . yes, I do.
Adios le pido, silly season.

Poor little Seppo babies...UNSW is a really tough place...to keep up with I see!!
